As an early venture investor and Board Director of 27 startups, Paul is privileged to have worked with many outstanding entrepreneurs that produced 8 unicorns and 6 public companies with over $25 billion combined enterprise value. Paul previously worked at Merrill Lynch, the International Finance Corporation, cofounded Delta Capital in Russia and was a Partner at Telos Ventures Partners in Silicon Valley.

Paul received his BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from Stanford University. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University. He has served as Chairman of Global Corporate Venturing and on the board of Mason Enterprise.

Paul is co-author of Upward Bound: Lessons of How Nine Leaders Achieved their Summits and contributor to the De Gruyter Handbook of Entrepreneurial Finance. His articles have appeared in Barron's, CB Insights, Forbes, Global Corporate Venturing, The Journal of Private Equity, Knowledge@Wharton, Stanford Business Magazine, Techcrunch and Venture Capital Journal.
